Get Involved
We provide free confidential help for problems such as stress, worry and low mood. We offer talking therapies for people over the age of 18. You can refer yourself or you can be referred by a healthcare professional such as your GP. We can offer a range of digital options to have your therapy e.g video, phone, text or face to face if you would prefer this method.
The treatments we offer are shown to be effective and recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Please do refer using the referral tab or visit the wellbeing events link for up and coming support.

We are offering face to face, virtual (online, Video or telephone) appointments. We are offering face to face treatment if this is your preference. If you are experiencing domestic violence in your home, have a learning difficulty, access via online, video or telephone will be problematic we can offer you face to face appointments.
Please refer to the information in your appointment letter to confirm how your appointment will take place. If you need any support using digital methods to access a virtual appointment, please call the number on your letter and we will help you get this. We can try and problem solves with you the challenges of connecting remotely.
