Our Wellbeing Team is now offering a series of wellbeing workshops designed to support your specific needs, these are all free to attend and run regularly throughout the year. Our workshops are available to anyone over 18 and living within Wandsworth or registered with a Wandsworth GP.

A fun and creative workshop aimed at providing key skills to overcome stress and to promote and develop your own self-care skills. Self-care is personal and so we focus on the 5 areas in which we can show ourselves care; physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual. Recent research has shown that compassion can help to maintain our wellbeing alongside practicing breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. We will discuss key themes and myths around relaxation and self- care, leaving participants with a more balanced outlook and important skills to take away.

  • Focus on methods to deal with stress and ways we can develop our own self-care skills
