Number of sessions: 7 week course, held in 7 consecutive weeks

Taster session available: Yes, you can attend one session to see if you would benefit from the session

Location: In a range of locations across the Borough, more information is available on booking

This course looks at breaking down the symptoms of low mood or depression and helps us understand the links between how we feel, think and behave. We teach strategies to help you learn how to manage your mood, to solve problems and to set helpful goals.

 

The course runs for 60 minutes each week for 7 weeks. There is also a booster follow up session that takes place 3 months after completing the course.
